2008 American Music Awards: Winners, Performances, Press Room, Backstage, Audience, and Red Carpet Glam

The 2008 American Music Awards has to be one of the best award shows, but simply because it represents just what I represent, diversity! Might I add that they’ve done a great job at doing just that. The AMAs aired yesterday on ABC at 8pm. I was shocked to see that it was 3 hours long. Most only last no longer than 2 and maybe 15 minutes then they carry on to the post show. “Stand up to Cancer” Live Performance

15 of the hottest females in the game performed “Just Stand Up” at the “Stand up for Cancer” program. It was fed into the show as they performed at Fashion Rocks! Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Rihanna, Fergie, Sheryl Crow, Miley Cyrus, Melissa Etheridge, Ashanti, Natasha Bedingfield, Keyshia Cole, Ciara, Leona Lewis, LeAnn Rimes and Carrie Underwood all hit the stage.
