Today is a celebration! It is Beyonce Knowles-Carter’s 31st Birthday. Beyonce’s family, friends, and business associates have taken over her site to help us celebrate her big day. They left handwritten messages flooding http://www.beyonce.com/. Her mother, sister, mother-n-law, bestie Gwyneth, Michelle Williams, and many more showed love to the superstar. Hubby Jay-Z was the only loved one missing. I know the rapper/business mogul put her love on top Jay-Z style, the way no one else can. Again, Happy B-Day B! Love ya “4”ever. -Beystan ErickaLaShae. I’ve been in love with this song from the day I heard it on the radio and there is an official video now. “Take it to the Head” is definitely a hot song and the visual is flaming as well like a perfect marriage between song and video. The video isn’t like all that either, but it just compliments the song for me and Drake also makes a cameo, as well as Baby and Busta. There is a cage, collapsing trucks, lights, fires, and also what looks to be a subway with graffiti in scenes. Like RapRadar questioned, explosions and massive floods? The … Continue reading VIDEO FAB: DJ Khaled featuring Chris Breezy, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, and Lil’ Wayne + John Legend and Jordin Sparks tribute to Whitney Houston on the 2012 Billboard Music Awards + RiRi joins Jay and Ye in London on stage
Looks like President Obama has broken a record that presidents prior to him would never break. This issue of same-sex marriage has been brought up in previous presidential elections with Republican candidates strongly against it and Democratic candidates tip-toeing around it. Even this year’s Republican candidate, Matt Romney, has already stated that he opposes it and even wants to take it as far as adding an amendment to the Constitution that forbids it.
With Obama dishing his support behind this widely and controversial social topic he has brought the conversations voters opposed or in favor of same-sex marriage will be having.
I personally am very much so in favor of same-sex marriage, just as much as I am bi-racial marriages, and every other discriminatory debate. I believe in love and when it’s real it’s just real and no one should be able to determine who you can and cannot love, but you.
Mr. President recently did an interview with ABC’S Robin Roberts and spoke on the issue stating:
I had hesitated on gay marriage in part because I thought that civil unions would be sufficient. I was sensitive to the fact that for a lot of people, the word marriage was something that invokes very powerful traditions and religious beliefs. I have to tell you that over the course of several years as I have talked to friends and family and neighbors when I think about members of my own staff who are in incredibly committed monogamous relationships, same-sex relationships, who are raising kids together Continue reading “President Obama in Favor of Same-Sex Marriage”
Credit: Rap-Up This had to be my first post on the new and improved WhoGossips. I know this is a proud moment for Jay-Z and Beyonce to finally reveal their month-old daughter to the world. Blue Ivy has been a topic since she was born and now her face has been introduced to the world. She was born last month, January 7th, and since then has charted on Billboard featured on a track with her father, “Glory” and according to Rap-Up has her very own tumblr page as well. Looks like B.I.C. is making moves already. She can’t help it, … Continue reading Beyonce and Jay-Z reveal pictures of the already legendary BLUE IVY CARTER
