I’m excited for this album and in particular excited to hear Empire State of Mind Part II and the song with Beyonce. Regardless, when A. Keys drops an album whether she is gone for 10 years, I’m 99.9% sure her music will still be hot!
Be and Jay all affectionate at the MTV Europe Music Awards…”There is only one person I want to thank”….
There was so much love in the air at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin, Germany where the Carters expressed just what they mean to each other. They both performed at the Nov. 5th event at O2 Arena, Jay-Z performed “Empire State of Mind”, and Beyonce “Sweet Dreams”. They both took home awards as well; Beyonce, Best Female, Best Song, (“Halo”) and Best Video, (“Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It).” She used that moment to thank Jay for “putting a ring on it”. Jay-Z won an award for “Best Urban Act”. Guess it was truly a night to celebrate….literally!
